Shipping
It is very important to us that your artwork arrives undamaged. Each order is therefore individually packaged. We do not use standard packaging, guaranteeing a perfectly fitting package for every order.
Each order is adequately insured against transport damage. To replace your image in the event of damage, please either refuse the package if the packaging is damaged, or have the delivery driver confirm you are accepting the package with reservation.
You can also send the image directly to the recipient as a gift. Simply enter an alternative delivery address in your personal details and we will ship the package directly to the desired recipient. The invoice will be made out in your name and sent to you by email.
If you buy multiple images, you only pay shipping once (for the largest image).
After we receive your payment, your images will be produced and shipped within 10 days. We ask for your understanding that delivery times may be longer during public holidays due to higher order volumes. Express shipping is available for urgent orders.
